A family crew, not a franchise
Bros Tree Care LLC is a family-owned tree service based off North 23rd Street in Phoenix, near Moon Valley. Jason runs it with his brothers, and if you read the reviews you will see the same names come up: Jason on the phone and the estimate, Abner, Josias and Rico on the ropes and the ground. Customers notice, because it is rare. Most tree companies send a salesperson to quote and a different crew to do the work. Here the person who gave you the number is on the job.
That is the whole pitch. Straight price, work done as described, yard left clean.
How the crew works
- Climbers first. The brothers climb. That means every tree in a Phoenix backyard is reachable without a bucket truck on the pavers, and every section comes down on a rope, under control.
- Full crew, real equipment. Two trucks, a chipper, a stump grinder, rigging gear and a crew of six: three climbers and three on the ground. Enough to do twenty-three trees on a Queen Creek property in a visit and leave it looking like a photo shoot.
- Desert trees, understood. Mesquite, palo verde, ficus, ash, eucalyptus, Aleppo pine, olive, citrus and every kind of palm. Thinned, not topped. Trimmed at the right time of year.
- Cleanup is part of the job. Branches chipped, wood hauled, gravel raked back, pool skimmed. It is in nearly every review for a reason.
- Open 24 hours. Monsoon storms do not keep business hours. Storm damage goes to the front of the line, usually same day or next day.
Licensed and insured
Bros Tree Care LLC is licensed and insured. Ask when you call and we will send the paperwork before the crew arrives. It is the first thing you should ask any tree company, and the ones who hesitate are telling you something.
